How I Turned My Free Time Into Profit (And How You Can Too)

Have you ever looked at your calendar and realized you’ve got more free time than you thought—but you’re still wondering why your bank account isn’t matching your hustle?

Yeah, I’ve been there.

I was a full-time school bus driver with early mornings, a heart for my community, and big dreams that didn’t want to wait until retirement. A woman who knew there had to be more to life than just clocking in and out.

So I started using my free time—those windows between shifts, late nights, early mornings

And let me tell you: what started as a side hustle turned into a whole movement.

Here’s how I made it happen—and how you can too.

Step 1: I Took Inventory of My Time

Before I started any business,

I wrote down my full schedule: my driving times, family commitments, chores, downtime. Then I highlighted the “pockets” of time where I could actually work—without burning out.

It wasn’t about having all the time.

👉🏽 Ask yourself: When do you have 30–60 minutes you could dedicate to a side hustle, content creation, or learning a new skill?

Step 2: I Chose a Hustle That Fit Me

Everybody’s selling something these days. But I knew I had to pick something I could be passionate about.

For me, it was selling jewelry, fashion, and accessories. I also showed up online in a way that inspired other women to feel like bosses too.

I used my retail experience and my love for going live. I also utilized my marketing skills. These helped me create income streams, ranging from MLM to my own online boutique.

Step 3: I Showed Up Consistently (Even When It Was Quiet)

There were days I went live and barely anybody watched. Days I posted and got two likes. Days I wondered if all the effort was worth it.

But I didn’t stop. And that’s what built my brand. Now, people look to me for advice, motivation, and results. “Make Money in Your Free Time with This Hustle Guide”

👉🏽 Your audience doesn’t grow overnight. But your consistency will make you unforgettable.

Step 4: I Built Systems to Make It Easier

I began organizing my hustle like a real business. I worked on everything from pre-planned content to email lists. I also focused on scheduling lives and setting up my Stan Store.

I created eBooks, planners, and checklists that help others do the same.

👉🏽 Your business should work for you—even when you’re not online. Start building digital products that sell while you sleep.

Step 5: I Packaged What I Knew Into Profit

All the lessons I learned? I turned them into my new eBook:

“Turn Your Free Time Into Profit: Playbook”

This isn’t just a guide—it’s a roadmap for anybody trying to go from clocking in to cashing out. It’s has tools, affirmations, and real steps to start your own hustle.

If you’ve been sitting on an idea, doubting yourself, or waiting for a signlet this be it.
